A must have for every Power Plate user. The step cushion is also used as a support cushion for exercises that go beyond the power plate. From push-ups to massage exercises, the upper body can be supported and held by the step cushion.

Special exercises such as sit-ups or trunk flexors require special insulation. The lumbar cushion not only puts you in the right position, but also ensures that the exercises are carried out correctly.

The Power Plate retaining straps are compatible with all Power Plate models. Thanks to the powerful Velcro fastener, they are infinitely variable in length and can therefore be adjusted to any body size.

You can unfold the black, foldable floor mat up to a length of 1.85 m to perform floor exercises on the Power Plate. This is also easy to store and saves space.
